About Viva Dance Studio

Located in Thornhill, Ontario, Viva Dance Studio is owned and run by Tanya and Sylvain Cardinal.

The studio provides high quality lessons in International Style ballroom dancing - namely, in the Latin American dances: Cha-cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive, and in the Standard Ballroom Dances: Waltz, Tango, Fox-trot, Quickstep, and Viennese Waltz. We also provide instruction in other dances such as Salsa and Ballet.

We have many teachers on staff, and invite guest teachers regularly. Our teachers all have technical background and training from the European dance scene, and are often competiting and performing.

We have lessons for Newcomers, Pre-Bronze, Bronze, Silver, Gold and championship training. We also welcome Pro-Am Students and Amateur couples with closed and open freestyle lessons.
