Ballroom Boot Camp
Viva Dance is running a monthly Saturday night Ballroom Boot Camp in the standard dances (Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, and Viennese Waltz) conducted by our guest instructor Denis Tremblay.

Saturday Night @ Viva
On Saturdays when we do not have a Ballroom Boot Camp or a Salsa Social, there is be a one hour Group Class by rotating instructors followed by General Dancing (both Latin and Standard). The group class is from 8pm to 9pm. Usually Stephen Murgatroyd teaches a standard lesson and Jackie Kuo teaches Latin on alternating Saturdays. General dancing (strict tempo) follows from 9pm to midnight. Admission is $10.00 per person (the group class is included so don't miss it!).
Salsa Socials with Giovanni Torres
Vida Dance is hosting a monthly Salsa Social party with Giovanni Torres, Toronto’s leading Salsa choreographer, instructor, and Toronto’s number one Salsa DJ. Every month there are performances from some of Toronto's top performers.
There is a cash bar and free parking. Come and exercise your social skills, dance your feet off, and meet new Salsa friends. Make sure and check out this one of kind Salsa Sensation!

Competitive Practices
We provide practice time for our competitors on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday nights. On Thursday and Friday night Latin practice is from 8pm to 9:30pm followed by Standard practice from 9:30pm to 11pm.
On Sunday nights the order is switched: Standard practice comes first, from 8pm to 9pm, followed by Latin practice from 9pm to 10pm.
At the end of these competitive practices there is usually a "final" in which each of the five dances is played in order.
The price for the practices is $5 per person.
Teen Class Postponed
Our Beginner class for Teens originally planned to start up on May 13 will be postponed until further notice. Please contact us if you wish to attend. Price will $110 per 10 classes package or $13 per individual class.
