Stephen and his wife Yurate (Yurate not yet pictured here) specialize in teaching beginners. They delight in watching their students enjoy their dancing and progress to either medal test standards or competition. See some photos of their classes here.
Stephen and Yurate are Associate Members of the CDTA both with accreditation in both Standard and Latin. They have coached many beginners for their medal tests and often dance with them during their examinations. Every other week Stephen and Yurate teach the free group class wich is part and parcel of the weekly Saturday Night @ Viva Dance. Given the variety of levels at the Saturday night dance, the focus is on fundamentals; something for everyone in attendance. Check with the front desk as to what Saturday night is their night.
